Thanks for the help.When I clicked on it, nothing happened. Desperately need to get my system running as I have been trying for so long now and nothing. It's for a special project I'm working on for my kids. The program that I desperately need is called Real Time Voice Cloning from Github. I went into the startup menu and searched for terminal and it still didn't open. I tried pressing ctrl, alt and t, that didn't work, I tried alt and F2 and that also didn't work. I downloaded the gnome terminal as well but that hasn't worked. When I click on the terminal, it shows the "busy" sign for a few seconds and then goes back to the arrow and nothing else happens. I can use the internet on the system etc. I put the flash drive in and everything loaded up perfectly. I downloaded Linux Mint 19.2 Tina 64 bit. The hard drive crashed so I got it running with a 64GB flash drive with Linux on it.
